At it’s core, The Frequency Body Reset is not a relaxation technique. It’s a regulation protocol. The purpose of the reset isn’t simply to breathe differently. It’s to help your Frequency Body transition from protection to presence.

Presence mode is the state where clarity, vitality, and inner-knowing naturally emerge. In other words, you are not calming yourself. You are re-tuning your alignment instrument.

The Frequency Body Reset

  1. Sit comfortably: Find a still and grounded position.

  2. Place Your Hands: One hand on your chest, one hand on your abdomen.

  3. Inhale (4 seconds): Breathe slowly through your nose.

  4. Hold (2 seconds): Pause at the top of the breath for 2 seconds.

  5. Exhale (6 seconds): Release slowly through your mouth.

  6. Internal Whisper: “My body is safe. My rhythm is returning.”

  7. Repeat for 5 Intentional Rounds
